These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sivan Technologies products, websites, applications, smart payment coordination tools, and settlement coordination features, including stablecoin-to-bank off-ramp and fiat-to-stablecoin on-ramp flows where available.
1. About Sivan
Sivan Technologies ("Sivan", "we", "our", or "us") provides software tools that help users coordinate milestone-backed Service Agreements, track provider payment references, monitor delivery status, manage disputes, and access payment coordination workflows through supported third-party providers. Sivan is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, securities broker, investment adviser, or crypto exchange.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate product agreement, Sivan is a software and coordination protocol and does not take custody of customer fiat or cryptoassets. Funds are held, processed, converted, transmitted, or settled by third-party providers, banking partners, blockchain networks, smart contracts, or protocols according to their own terms and policies.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must have legal authority to enter into service agreements and payment transactions.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, completing verification, adding payment methods, or creating transactions.
- You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your email, device, wallet, bank details, and account credentials.
3. Regional Availability and Restrictions
Services are not available in all jurisdictions. Access may be restricted based on your location, residency, nationality, sanctions status, provider availability, payment rail availability, risk controls, or legal requirements.
You may not use Sivan if you are located in, resident of, organized in, or ordinarily operate from a jurisdiction where use of the service is prohibited by applicable law, sanctions restrictions, or provider policy.
4. Sanctions and Prohibited Persons
You represent that you are not subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Nigeria, or any other applicable sanctions authority. You may not use Sivan to transact with sanctioned persons, restricted jurisdictions, prohibited counterparties, or anyone you know or suspect is engaged in unlawful activity.
5. Verification and Compliance Checks
Sivan or its providers may require identity verification, business verification, sanctions screening, fraud checks, transaction monitoring, source-of-funds information, source-of-wealth information, or enhanced due diligence. We may delay, reject, suspend, or cancel account access, service agreement workflows, on-ramp orders, off-ramp withdrawals, or payouts where verification is incomplete, inaccurate, rejected, or required by law, provider policy, or risk controls.
6. Service Agreement Coordination
Sivan helps buyers, sellers, freelancers, agencies, and digital workers create milestone-backed Service Agreements, confirm terms, track delivery updates, maintain structured records, and submit dispute context. Sivan does not guarantee any counterparty's performance, delivery quality, payment, refund, or dispute outcome.
7. Provider-Processed Payments
Payments, bank transfers, crypto transfers, stablecoin conversions, wallet deliveries, and settlement are processed by third-party providers. Provider services are subject to their own terms, limits, risk controls, compliance reviews, service availability, fees, and processing timelines. Sivan does not guarantee that a bank transfer, stablecoin transfer, on-ramp, off-ramp, or payout will be accepted or completed by a provider.
8. Stablecoin On-Ramp and Off-Ramp Flows
Where available, Sivan coordinates crypto-to-fiat off-ramp workflows and fiat-to-crypto on-ramp workflows. You must follow the exact instructions shown in the Sivan interface, including asset, network, payment rail, wallet address, bank details, payment reference, memo, and amount.
Unsupported Asset or Network Transfers: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you send only the supported asset on the supported network displayed in the Sivan interface. If you send an unsupported asset, use the wrong network, send to an incorrect address, omit a required memo or payment reference, or send after instructions expire, your funds may be permanently lost.
9. Fees, Quotes, and Estimates
Displayed fees, quotes, estimated amounts, payout timings, or receive amounts may change due to network fees, provider fees, bank charges, FX rates, market conditions, blockchain congestion, or compliance review. A quote may expire or be canceled if payment is not received within the specified time or if provider conditions change.
10. Prohibited Uses
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
- Use by prohibited persons, sanctioned parties, or unsupported jurisdictions.
- False identity, forged documents, stolen accounts, unauthorized payment methods, or account takeovers.
- Attempts to bypass security controls, rate limits, verification, payment-provider requirements, or risk checks.
- Transactions involving illegal goods or services, ransomware, darknet activity, stolen funds, or prohibited counterparties.
11. Disputes and Support
Sivan may review available service agreement records, payment references, provider status, communications, delivery evidence, transaction hashes, support tickets, and operational notes. We may pause workflows while disputes, compliance reviews, or provider investigations are pending.
12. Account Suspension and Service Changes
We may suspend, restrict, pause, or terminate access to Sivan or specific features at any time for security, compliance, provider availability, maintenance, legal, operational, or risk reasons.
