Wrong Network Policy

Wrong Network and Unsupported Deposit Policy

Version 1.2 · Effective October 2026 · Last updated October 2026

This document is provided for product transparency and legal compliance. Sivan Ai is an autonomous, non-custodial multi-chain settlement protocol for milestone-backed Service Agreements and automated bank cashouts.

1. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for sending only the exact supported token on the exact supported blockchain network to the deposit address generated by Sivan. You must also include any required memo or reference tag where indicated.

2. Irreversibility of Blockchain Transfers

  • Sending an unsupported token may result in irreversible loss.
  • Sending on the wrong blockchain network (e.g. sending ERC-20 tokens to a Solana SPL address) cannot be credited.
  • Sending to an expired quote address or omitting a Stellar deposit memo will delay automatic matching.
  • Sivan does not control external blockchain consensus layers and cannot roll back on-chain transactions.

3. Recovery Limitations

Cryptographic token recovery for wrong-network deposits is often technically impossible. Where recovery is technically feasible through third-party infrastructure providers, it may require substantial engineering effort, extended timelines, and recovery service fees. Sivan cannot guarantee recovery of incorrectly routed transfers.

4. Remediation Steps

  • Halt all further transfers immediately.
  • Locate your transaction hash (TxID) on the relevant block explorer.
  • Open a support inquiry with the exact transaction hash, token type, network, and timestamp.
  • Await confirmation from the Sivan technical support team before attempting any further actions.

5. Contact

Emergency deposit inquiries can be submitted to support@sivantech.online.
